Schwartz Living Market is a 16,000 square foot historic urban building in Pittsburgh, PA.  Three Sisters Permaculture prepared a permaculture design plan for this commercial building project and was a member of the team to design and plan general renovation and development.  Additionally, acting as Prime Contractor, we performed interior deconstruction and renovation from a permaculture design perspective and in compliance with the Living Building Institute guidelines and Pittsburgh City Codes.
